Characters
Many of the oddball characters listed in the Keying/Coding
Guidelines appear in this book, e.g., the "ll" with
cross-bar; the "h" with cross-bar; the "m", "r" and "n" with
a final stroke looping back above the character; "g" with
a small vertical tick mark; etc. These should all be
treated as simplex characters ("ll" "h" "m" "r" "n" "g"),
as laid out in the Guidelines.
