       fit through wire loops on outer collar and a pin with a 
       rotating flange; internal tube has circular collar at wider 
       end with curved wire loop handles and is held in place by 
       rotating flange on external tube collar. Outer tube has 
       oblong fenestration with rounded ends midway along outer 
       edge of curve. Inner tube has 3/16-inch od.
