Information about Langenbeck's Serresfins
Illustration from the Truax catalogue (1899), 303 fig 671, which
notes that "steel serresfins...have quite an extensive sale because
of their low price and compact form. The are so small as to be out
of the way in many operations, and for this reason they are valuable
to a surgeon whn operating either alone or with a single assistant.
A limited number should be included in each pocket emergency kit."
